What do you consider to be your greatest accomplishment?
Having a viable construction business 13 years after purchasing it where I’m able to volunteer and give back to the local community.
How do you define success?
In business, success is a project where all parties are happy at the end and I’ve got a new repeat customer. In my personal life success is having time to do what I want, when I want.
What is the most important lesson you’ve learned over your career?
Your most important asset is the people that work for you, invest in them and help them grow.
